RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Embrace Playhouse Square values and programs that further Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the department.

2. Assist the Special Project Manager, Sales and Marketing with the development and maintenance of marketing materials for the Ticket Sales and Service (TS&S) Department, including direct mail campaigns, fliers, mail inserts, print advertisements and promotional merchandise.

3. Assist with the representation of TS&S within all aspects of digital media, including regular updates to web pages, relevant sales and marketing emails, invoices, and alternative sales and marketing channels (SalesForce CRM, Corporate Exclusive Online, and The Buzz).

4. Assist with coordination of special events for the Ticket Sales and Service Department including virtual programming, trade shows, receptions and themed events throughout the year.

5. Coordination of the Corporate Exclusive Online (CEO) Ticketing Program, including the maintenance of CEO pages, monthly email touchpoints and special ticket promotions.

6. Assist with the reporting of sales and marketing data relating to special projects and sales promotions.

7. Meet regularly with the Special Projects Manager, Sales, Sales Manager, and Group Services Account Executives in order to support sales endeavors and keep record of all sales initiatives.

8. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Marketing and/or Communications.
• Competency in current PC hardware (Microsoft Suite) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Outgoing, people-oriented person with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Special event and promotional experience are preferred, with the ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted.
• Flexible schedule to work night and weekend hours as needed.
