We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting department and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. Responsibilities:
- Assist/Working directly with CFO:
- Remittances
- Check Run
- Reporting
- Journal Entries
- AR tracking
- Invoice Filing
-File Lien Waivers
- Update Certificate of Insurance Spreadsheet
- Request W9 and Subcontractor Paperwork
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Provide support for audits and other financial projects as needed
