Chilton Public Schools is currently looking for a year-round Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and Board of Education. This indiviudal performs organizational, coordination, planning and managerial responsibilities to accomplish objectives of the Superintendent and Board of Education. Responsibilities include prioritizing and executing complex, competing tasks: ensuring smooth workflow; coordinating meeting arrangements; taking and preparing informal and official minutes; excellent communication in person, in writing, or online; and setting district standards for customer service. The position requires exceptional skills in all of the following areas: project coordination, self-starting and self-managing, and the ability to work well with all levels of employees, including parents/guardians, business people, community members, and members of the Board of Education.
This is a full-time, 12-month position working out of the District Office at Chilton Public Schools.
Hours are 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – 40 hours per week. Board of Education meetings and other meetings may affect these times.
