TCA HEALTH INC is Hiring a Behavioral Health Manager Near Chicago, IL
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavioral health programs and services
- Supervise and train behavioral health staff in the competent delivery of behavioral health services.
- Serve as the behavioral health point of contact for behavioral health related grants.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care for clients.
- Provide direct clinical services to clients, including psychosocial assessments.
- Participate in community outreach and education activities.
- Actively participate in TCA quality improvement and risk management committee, PCMH and integrated care workgroups, learning collaborative, and other activities as directed.
- Conduct ongoing peer file review, quality improvement and corrective action planning to meet or exceed program and departmental productivity and quality scopes and goals.
- Prepare program reports and statistical information.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in behavioral health or related field
- Licensure as a behavioral health professional in the state of Illinois (LCSW/LCPC/Clinical Psychologist). Must be active and in good standing.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral health, with at least 3 years in behavioral health management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and community organizations
- Experience with electronic health records and data management
