Responsibilities
- Process and code invoices in high volumes daily
- Generate and deliver invoices to a diverse range of clients
- Provide front desk support to visitors, including warm greetings and assistance
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with customers
- Manage vendor relationships, including resolving inquiries and discrepancies in invoices
- Perform Purchase Order (PO) matching as necessary
- Leverage skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to execute job functions effectively
- Although not required, experience in logistics would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
- Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) management
- Familiarity with Check Runs process
- Ability to perform Coding Invoices tasks
- Strong skills in Data Entry
- Experience in Invoice Processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle software
- Experience with D365 software
- Understanding of the Transport industry
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion and judgement in handling confidential information.
