Responsibilities:
- Oversee and upkeep Revit models.
- Produce comprehensive construction document sets with minimal supervision.
- Create designs guided by functional programs to fulfill client requirements while ensuring aesthetic appeal.
- Curate design elements to craft distinctive and purposeful environments.
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Generate renderings and prepare documentation for client presentations.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in Core & Shell / Base Building projects.
- Previous involvement in architecture, interior design, and related planning fields.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape
