Fabricate cabinets that support the delivery of aircraft using construction skills while following proceduresand guidelines.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)Work from drawings, sketches, pictures, or verbal specifications to stain, finish, and polish cabinets, cabinet parts, and sub-assemblies including inlays, patterns, and special designs.

Select and mix proper paints to the manufacturer's specifications. May be required to experiment with special paints and related products.

Set up and use spray gun for proper application of urethane, lacquer, enamel, water base and epoxy paints. Touch up wood work with brush, airbrush, and spray gun blend-in techniques.

Accurately log computerized labor data collection for time and attendance tracking.MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : · High school diploma or equivalent· 3-5 years experience in carpentry work or related fabrication experience· Able to set up and operate all standard equipment or tools· Basic computer skills· Good working knowledge of math and geometry· Able to work in confined spaces· Able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS : · Cabinet fabrication experience.· Able to solve practical problems· Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formWORKING CONDITIONS : Typical factory environment.

May work in areas with high noise levels. Must be able to work with company"s approved adhesives and chemicals and exposed to cabinet shop sanding dust.
