Job Description: Account Executive

Position: Account Executive
Responsibilities:
Manage Warm Leads: Take ownership of warm leads generated through marketing efforts and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
Onboard Hard Money Lenders: Develop and maintain relationships with hard money lenders, understanding their underwriting criteria, and facilitating their onboarding onto our platform.
Provide Expert Guidance: Offer expert guidance to clients on how to leverage our platform effectively to achieve their lending goals and objectives.
Sales and Negotiation: Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and provide feedback for product improvement.
Maintain CRM Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, Hubspot, Instantly.ai, others.

Pay: $59,279.96 - $71,390.91 per year
