We are looking for the right person to represent our product and our brand while working with potential homeowners and agents. As a small business, there is no such thing as "not my job". The Role:

Our ideal candidate is personable, confident, energetic and intuitive as they will be working with buyers and agents providing sales information and presentations. A good listener, they know how to read non-verbal cues as well as respond to objections. This candidate is also organized, detail oriented and consistently follows procedure while processing contract documents, logging conversations in our CRM system, following up with leads and tracking deadlines.

The Responsibilities:

Sales

• Respond to inquiries - buyers & agents
• Provide availability, pricing & information about plans & communities
• Follow up with prospective buyers & agents
• Update Inventory Spreadsheet with new deals & information
• Meet with potential buyers to review plans
• Accompany potential buyers to tour houses and lots
• Provide weekly updates about potential buyers
• Attend events
• Provide coverage for the model home as needed (may include some evenings & weekends)
• Conduct presentations at the model home

Contract Processing / Deal Tracking

• Manage contract paperwork
• Create contracts & amendments
• Track timelines for selections, walk-throughs, closings; coordinate with project managers on contract/buyer-related needs
• Manage information in Builder’s Trend
• Track all documentation
• Coordinate & communicate with buyer’s agents/buyers
• Point of contact for title for closings

Selections & Upgrades

• Conduct selections appointments
• Complete selections paperwork & upload to Builder’s Trend
• Manage requests for upgrades obtaining upgrade fees; convey fees to buyer - including & tracking builder’s fee
• Coordinate collection of funds & tracking of money in systems (Quickbooks, budget spreadsheets)
