Job Overview

As a Commercial Loan Officer/Senior/VP or EVP, you will be in charge of evaluating loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness, improve loan applications and documentation by informing applicant of additional requirements and reject loans by explaining deficiencies to applicants. This position also approves loans by issuing checks or forwarding applications to loan committee and helps customers by answering questions. The right type of candidate would like to be a part of a growing bank and have an entrepreneur mindset! This is an extremely good opportunity for the right talent to make an impact for a highly reputable community bank.

Qualifications

  • 3 years in Commercial Banking/Lending, preferably 10 years
  • Agricultural lending experience highly preferred
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications
  • Strong Business Development Experience
  • Ability to expand loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products
  • Familiarity of the sales, loan processing and closing processes
  • Top Performer
    Ability to multitask quickly and effectively
  • Familiarity of the sales, loan processing and closing processes.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Personable personality
