About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Risk Analytics Consultant to become a member of the Corporate Risk group’s Finance Risk line of business. This team improves risk strategies in multiple areas by performing various complex activities related to business analysis, solving business problems, and impacting the bottom line by proposing and implementing data-driven actions. In this role, you will: Collaborate with team members across the enterprise to collect and report data to various governance and management committees. Analyze business requirements, assist with design, develop, and launch standardized reports that can be published among team members, management and executives. Create and maintain documentation such as desktop procedures, Risk and Control procedures and supporting artifacts. Be responsible for process production, data reconciliation, and documentation in alignment with policy governance. Resolve data, production, and business processes to meet Risk Analytics deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of risk reporting policies, procedures, regulatory requests, and compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, experienced managers, compliance, and technology to resolve production issues, and achieve analytic and reporting goals. Required Qualifications, US: 2 years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: • Intermediate Knowledge and understanding of data analysis. • 2 years of SQL and ESSBASE. • Experience building and modifying less complex SQL queries. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills. • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve goals. • Ability to prepare presentations and management reporting.
