About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Compensation Consultant within the Compensation Analytics, Design, & Delivery team of our Total Rewards function within Human Resources. This position will play a critical role supporting compensation programs that align with business objectives, enterprise behavioral expectations and key performance indicators. This is an exciting opportunity to join the compensation function where you will provide solutions and recommendations in alignment with enterprise Human Resources goals. In this role, you will: Participate on cross-functional teams to plan and execute compensation initiatives to propel business results and performance. Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of compensation policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives. Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables around compensation processes and practices. Collaborate and consult with partners in Total Rewards, Human Resources, or cross-functional business partners to resolve issues and achieve goals. Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics. Build sustainable processes, controls, and metrics to effectively support compensation organization. Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Perform compensation analysis including, but not limited to modeling pay strategies and forecasting outcomes. Develop presentations and business communications for all levels of professionals and managers companywide. Required Qualifications: 2 years of Compensation or Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: Compensation Experience or other Human Resource function Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; specifically Excel and PowerPoint Experience navigating large, sensitive data sets. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Experience with Workday Familiarity with financial services industry Ability to navigate organizational change in a dynamic environment. Ability to collaborate with internal partners, including legal, risk, and control. Process and procedures definition experience. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
