Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Contract Administrator to oversee contract management and administration for our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with contract terms, manage documentation, and coordinate between project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Contract Management : Prepare, review, and manage all construction contracts, ensuring they comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract-related documents, including change orders, amendments, and correspondence.
  • Coordination : Liaise between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and execution of contract terms.
  • Compliance : Ensure all parties adhere to contract specifications and regulatory requirements, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions, recommending mitigations to minimize impact on projects.
  • Reporting : Prepare regular reports on contract status, including any issues, delays, or changes, and present findings to senior management.
  • Budget Monitoring : Assist in monitoring project budgets and costs, ensuring financial aspects of contracts are managed effectively.
  • Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any contract disputes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
