Construction Office Admin Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Construction Office Admin Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using various office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of basic human resources practices and procedures is a plus
- Sage experience is required
- Experience with payroll processes is a plus
- Ability to operate office equipment such as copiers, printers, and phone systems
- AP/AR experience is required
