The Sales Enablement Consultant is focused on providing reporting, insight and direction that improves sales productivity for the organization.
This objective is achieved through a strong grasp of pipeline management and tracking sales activity coupled with market insight and forecasting.
This role will also have a clear understanding of marketing campaigns and be able to leverage activity for maximum impact contributing to positive product revenue growth.
This position will operate within a fast-paced, matrix style reporting structure (taking direction and receiving assignments from multiple sources) and the main activities and responsibilities of this role may change over time as new key initiatives are implemented.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Produce data analytics, reporting and insights to sales and marketing division and assigned product teams (40%)
Provide support to assigned sales division to enhance the impact of SEO tools and resources on new opportunities
Provide coordination and support for Sales and Marketing lead generation campaigns
Perform research on clients and competitor / industry practices
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA) :
g. bank, credit union, finance company, insurance company, insurance brokerage or agency, etc.) and knowledge of financial services products and servicesExperience working in a B2B sales environment and understanding of common sales processes and terminologyAbility to handle complex tasks with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to analyze data and understand trends within the data, reports, and information.Must be capable of developing rapport quickly with both internal departments and external sales contacts to achieve sales goalsAbility to frame conversations strategically and overcome objections through persuasive negotiation and explanationDemonstrate a proactive drive and ability to act with limited supervision, with a desire to achieve established goals, key metrics, and set a new standard of performance
