Allied Business Solutions is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Boise, ID. The Warehouse Associate makes sure that products are properly received, selected and delivered to our customers and other branches.
Responsibilities :Process all builds for all company warehouses in accordance with the Builds Process OutlineSave each build sheet to the Builds folder as soon as you receive them in your inboxReview inventory and order needed items for an equipment order through PurchasingCoordinate with Shipping/Receiving and Purchasing to track all items for each equipment orderCommunicate any delays in order shipment to Build Request and Sales Admin emailsUnless directed by the Warehouse Manager, create set up calls only for complete equipment ordersMaintain organized folders for all equipment orders as they move through the Builds processCreate delivery paperwork and delivery and network calls for all equipment ordersPlace an equipment order into set up as soon as the final ordered part arrivesCoordinate with Freight Quote when shipping equipment out of stateTrack and monitor the status of all moving items for each equipment orderCoordinate with the Order Coordinators and the Service Department on scheduling deliveriesEnsure the delivery driver has all necessary paperwork prior to each deliveryEnsure all delivery paperwork is correctly processed upon completion of each deliveryCommunicate any discrepancies in inventory to Inventory Control Associate immediately for processing of inventory adjustment to ensure accurate inventory level in systemParticipates in taking inventory counts according to company policies/proceduresUpholds the security and confidentiality of the company and data within area of responsibilityOperate warehouse equipment according to safety guidelines, report mechanical problems to WHMMaintains safe and clean work environment by keeping warehouse neat and orderly; maintaining general cleaning to achieve warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements dailyBackup for Shipping & Receiving Clerk and other duties as assigned.
