Primary ResponsibilitiesIn this sole position as our Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Mastering the art of payroll, ensuring team members are compensated accurately and on time.
- Championing recruitment efforts, attracting top talent who share our commitment to excellence and compassion.
- Orchestrating the hiring process from start to finish, welcoming new team members with a seamless onboarding experience.
- Administering benefits packages, LOA, ADA processes, COBRA and Worker’s Compensation.
- Providing consultation and guidance to employees and their supervisors, fostering a culture of support, growth, and success.
- Keeping us in check with all local, state, and federal HR laws.

- Bachelor’s or two-year degree
- Minimum two years of experience in your field
- PT, OT, COTA, PTA, ST, LMFT, LCMHC preferred
- Experience with Paycom or other HRIS system preferred
