Overview:

We are seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our team and help us develop and maintain our intake and screening process. The Alvarez Firm is a growing mid-sized law firm with multiple offices in Southern California. Our ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a strong moral compass and work ethic. In this role, you will be the first friendly face our prospective clients speak with, so it is essential that you represent the mission and the ethics of the firm from the very first conversation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive and screen every inbound call from prospective clients
• Follow up until an initial consultation is scheduled and all necessary documents have been received
• Assist in scheduling initial appointments and maintaining calendars
• Draft, finalize, and mail out retainer agreements
• Maintain accurate client files and data

Requirements:

• High respect for client confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
• The ability to manage your caseload efficiently and coordinate with multiple supervisors
• A sense of ownership over your own work products and any task you are involved in
• A strong interest in a variety of tasks and the ability to pivot quickly between role
• Excellent organizational skills to manage files efficiently

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
