What you will do:

- Communicate our total value to customers, prospects, and business partners

- Leverage technology to recommend unique programs and solutions to customers

- Identify prospect base, actively network and cultivate leads and generate appointments & proposals

- Develop strong relationships with key business partners that facilitate accelerated growth

- Demonstrate safe work practices while ensuring that our customer’s operations are fully functional, and teams are professionally trained.

Position details:

This is a full-time field-based position that will require travel within the Sacramento and San Francisco markets. Proficient Regional Sales Managers balance home office work through networking and merchandising virtually to consolidate customer-facing activities to minimize travel. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 years of account management skills with a proven track record of Sales performance

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong sales & service mentality and understanding of the sales process

- High level of organization and discipline; Ability to identify root causes and problem-solve quickly

- Ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization and in differing environments

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Previous experience in the UV and/or cleaning & sanitation industries preferred

Physical Demands:

- Be able to lift 25 pounds and successfully pass a drug screen.
