Commercial contractor specializing in National Brand Quick Service Restaurants searching for an experienced traveling commercial construction superintendent. Must be proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and knowledgeable in a variety of construction practices. Must be able to gain access on a military base.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to the plans and specifications
Qualifications: Previous experience in ground up construction
- Previous experience with quick service restaurant construction
- Strong leadership qualities

Summary
As a Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will lead the construction process for a quick service & fast food restaurant, leveraging your core skills in OSHA compliance, construction management software, and budgeting. With premium skills in ProCore and Bluebeam, you will oversee project timelines, contracts, and quality control. Your relevant skills in blueprint reading and construction estimating will ensure accurate project execution. Drawing on your supervising experience and restaurant industry knowledge, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality construction projects that meet the unique needs of the food service industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
