Assistant Administrator (40 hours)
· Assist survey department on various tasks as needed: Daily work logs; employee safety certifications; research information on equipment needed, projects, companies etc.; equipment lists: Recalibration, Inventory & Vehicle Maintenance logs; coordinate maintenance of equipment inventory lists for vehicles and office.
· Responsible for ordering, tracking and maintaining supplies.
· Perform routine clerical functions. · Responsible for employee onboarding. · Setting up proposal files.
· Obtaining insurance certificates (COI) for projects, prepare and send certified payrolls reports.
· Coordinating and planning office related activities and meetings.
· Shipping documents.
· Computer/IT tasks · Coordinating and tracking vehicle maintenance
· Assist with maintenance of website
· Marketing
