Our client is a leading player in the aviation and aerospace industry, specializing in cutting-edge technologies, including MLI (Multi-Layer Insulation) blankets and aerospace component protection. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a vital role in expanding their reach and contributing to the success of their innovative solutions.

As our Aviation and Aerospace Business Development Manager, your mission is clear: identify, pursue, and close deals. Develop and execute strategic business plans, engage with key stakeholders, and build a robust pipeline of opportunities. Key Qualifications:

• A true "hunter" mentality for business development coupled with engineering mindset.
• Proven track record in identifying and closing deals.
• 5-10 years of aerospace industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Experience with MLI blankets would be desirable.
