Financial Advisor
Location: In-office; New Brighton, MN
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm, Fri 8am-4pm
Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000, based on experience

In your new role, you can expect to:
o Manage existing client relationships.
o Provide investment, tax, risk, education, and estate planning advice.
o Respond to client inquiries and requests.
o Conduct client reviews.
o Create and update financial plans in MoneyGuidePro and Right Capital.
o Correspond with clients, their family members, and strategic alliances.
o Continuously maintain client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances,
connections, and interests.
o Stay current on trends and regulations within the financial planning arena.
o Continually strive to do the right thing the right way.
Qualifications for this opportunity include:
o Bachelor’s degree required
o CFP® designation required
o 5 - 8 years of experience as a financial planner providing advice on investment, tax, risk, education, and estate planning topics
o Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) required
o Ability to thrive under pressure
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Attention to detail
o Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
o Relationship management skills
o Positive attitude and enthusiasm
o Confidence and adaptability Flexible in embracing change
o Drive to help clients and co-workers
o Professionalism
o Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, MoneyGuide Pro or Right Capital a plus
o Experience managing a team, a plus
