Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable worker for a grounds keeper position through the summer and into the following seasons if dependable. This position will be for mowing, weed trimming, ​​laying mulch, and general exterior beautification of the facility. The right candidate should also be able to operate a chain saw safely and be able to clear brush/trees in areas throughout the property. Skills:
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools commonly used in landscaping
- Ability to operate equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the grounds are well-maintained
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
