We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Zoo Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment and providing quality care for our animals.
**Duties:**
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with various tasks related to Animal care and cleanlieness
- Manage conflicts or challenging situations effectively
- Ensure the safety of guests, and animals
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in public speaking or performing arts such as theater
- Previous experience working with children is a plus
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues calmly
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices
- Knowledge of animals of variying species is beneficial
- Certification in animal care is advantageous
- Background in food service is a bonus
