Resort Closings, an Escrow and Closing company focused on the transfer of Timeshare interests, is looking for a full-time Receptionist & Office Assistant with excellent customer service skills to be the first point of contact for our customers. The selected candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
• Reply to “Contact Us” email inquiries with price quotes and service details.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Order, organize, and inventory office supply stock.
• Coordinate company events.
• Assist with Payroll related tasks and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Perform other clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.

Successful candidates are outgoing and well-organized with experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Quickbooks, and Google Workspace software programs.
