Overview:
Our busy construction company is seeking an organized detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to support our office with clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with Computer Ease software system, provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. Previous experience in the industry is helpful, but not required.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone and data entry
- Proficient in Computer Ease, Excel spreadsheet and Word
- Assist with financial record-keeping
- Assist with accounts payable
- Perform back-up payroll duties
- Assist with employee benefits enrollment
- Any other duties assigned by administration
Requirements:
- Experience working with Computer Ease software preferred
- Experience with payroll preferred
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
