Interested in gaining Marketing/Business Development experience for your career? Marmon/Keystone is looking for an Intern for its Business Development Department in Bolingbrook, IL. The primary role of the Business Development Intern will be to help facilitate data collection/analysis for the Team as well as new customer development for the organization.

- Support Marketing efforts by utilizing Market Research tools to generate relevant customer leads to support specific project efforts.
- Use various communication and research tools to further evaluate customer prospects to collaborate with Sales Team members.
- Actively assist in data collection to support necessary research on active Business Development Projects.
- Parse collected data for Team analysis to help create tangible project actions.
- Support the Business Development Team to resolve active project related issues to maintain project timelines.
- Assist the Department to update project records for ongoing reporting.
- Become conversant with core company products & systems to better understand Marmon/Keystone’s overall operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to segment raw data for pertinent analysis.
- Attention to detail / data review accuracy.
- Solid organizational and task management skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Proficient with creating pivot tables and charts.
- Prior telemarketing or market research work experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Excel data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, and Data Relationship Models is a plus but not a requirement
