Responsibilities
- Obtain and release patient records following predefined procedures.
- Process correspondence related to patient information.
- Scan patient data into Epic, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the overall organization of incoming and outgoing information.
- Respond to phone calls and inquiries related to patient records.
- Adhere to rules and regulations surrounding the release of medical records.
- Handle paper processes related to patient records received through various channels.
- Release patient records through mail, fax, and interoffice mail.
- Utilize skills in EHR System, Medisoft, Billing Functions, Charts - Graphs, Claim Administration, Clinical Trial Operations, Data Entry, Epic EMR, Electronic Medical Record, Electronic Records, EMR (Electronic Medical Records), EMR - Electronic Medical Records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure patient records are correctly printed and processed.
- Proficiency in EHR System
- Familiarity with Medisoft
- Capability to handle Billing Functions
- Ability to create and interpret Charts and Graphs
- Experience in Claim Administration
- Understanding of Clinical Trial Operations
- Excellent Data Entry skills
- Proficiency in using Epic EMR
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record
- Knowledge of Electronic Records
- Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
- Proficiency in EMR - Electronic Medical Records
