The Human Resources Director is responsible for providing human resources support for the facility, which includes recruiting for vacant positions, conducting general employee orientations, maintaining all personnel records and files, conducting employee benefits enrollment meetings, responding to insurance and unemployment compensation correspondence, and employment verifications. May organize all employee activities and provide coordination of employee and staff development in-service training.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration or related field is strongly preferred; Associate's Degree with equivalent experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience facilitating employee or independent contractor background checks or credentialing, conducting confidential record searches (or overseeing this process if managed through a third party), managing confidential employee-related information (preferably in a mental healthcare facility), assisting employees or independent contractors through onboarding processes, managing job postings and resignations/terminations, working directly with medical professionals assist in the coordination of work hours, rounding, and on-call schedules, and other similar duties.
Additional Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.
Hours of Work: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; other times as indicated by immediate supervisor.
