Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients in various industries to create a robust sales pipeline.
Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking, to generate leads.
Work collaboratively with customers to finalize contracts and secure long-term commitments.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and progress towards targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaboration with Operations Team : Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Coordinate with logistics personnel to meet customer demands and expectations.
Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about changes in the trucking industry, including regulations, technologies, and market dynamics.
Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to enhance overall sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Location and Travel Requirements : This position is based in Bloomington, CA and is an in-office job. Travel will be discussed more in-depth during the interview process.
Compensation and Benefits : We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary and incentive compensation. Additionally, we provide health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for the position in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act.
California pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skillset and experience is $85,000-$125,000.
Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediation's, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
