Job Summary of the Inside Sales Representative position
Integr8staff seeks an experienced Inside Sales Representative with metal distribution experience for a highly-regarded, nationally recognized, and continually growing company in Rialto, CA.Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative position
Cold Calling; the ability to identify prospects, initiate contact, develop trust, identify opportunities and close.
Ability to retain active accounts, grow active accounts and provide post sale supportGenerate, follow up and close quoting opportunitiesAbility to build strategic relationships and position the company for last right of refusalWork within a team and leverage internal resources to maximize our service offeringYOY growth in gross margin dollars diversifying across all eight product lines and across six major market segmentsAbility to analyze and interpret customer / market trendsCommunicate market information within the organizationOther duties as assigned.Requirements of the Inside Sales Representative positionBA/BS degree preferred;At least 2-3 years previous sales/account management experience in manufacturing or technical sales environment;Strong computer, technically savvy skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence crediblyExperience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needsExcellent listening, negotiation, and phone skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsUpdated resume is required for consideration.
