Plan and schedule workload to optimize shop operations. Inspect repairs to ensure equipment meets DOT and company standards. Oversee daily operational tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency. Educate and motivate technicians in a fast-paced shop environment. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills to foster a positive work environment. Any OSHA, TIA, OE, or other safety/mechanical certifications are a plus but not required. Must have reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Experience: 2 years of diesel mechanic experience required. Previous experience in a lead or foreman role preferred. Ability to educate and motivate technicians in a fast-paced shop environment. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
