Principle Duties: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair dry van and flatbed semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components. Conduct preventative, warrantable, and accident-related repairs. Inspect suspension, wheel-end, braking, and structural components to meet company and DOT specifications. Test equipment for performance issues. Welding experience is preferred but not required. Maintain a self-motivated, punctual, and proactive work approach. Requirements: Minimum of five years of verifiable experience in the trailer repair industry. Own applicable tools required for repairs listed in the job description (main air tools provided). Knowledge of electrical, structural, and wheel-end repairs, with the ability to perform them independently. Perform at 85% or above productivity and 95% or above efficiency.
