**Job Overview:**

**Duties:**
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Perform general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Analyze vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized financial records
- Support internal and external audits
**Experience:**
- Proficiency in Quicken software
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
- Familiarity with governmental accounting practices
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Experience in general ledger reconciliation
- Previous experience in corporate accounting roles
- Proven ability to perform clerical tasks accurately
