Job Description: Accounts Receivables

• Prepare checks for the deposit.
• Post deposit when needed.
• Prepare and post credit card deposit.
• Reconciliation and posting of Fleet charge statement.
• Fleet charge disputes/rejections.
• ACH payments. Keying and posting.
• Customers that email us remittances and credit card payments, including logging on to numerous websites to retrieve this information. Also taking payments over the phone when customers call.
• Send invoice copies when requested.
• Debit Memos for Navistar statement payments and others as needed. Scan the remainder of the cash deposit with print outs and deposit slips and keeping those current.
• Scanning the ServiceFirst checks to the bank.
• Communicate with CFO, Truck Accounting, Trailer Accounting & Finance, when we receive checks for trucks or various other types of checks that are not parts and service.
• Monitor the GL 10100 invoices for all locations. Communicate with the managers about unpaid invoices that have aged.
• Monitor GL 10230 to ensure it balances, all locations. Communicate with office managers when a deposit is out of balance.
• Check GL 20100 and let the responsible party know if I see something that needs to be corrected.
• View the A14506, fleet charge-controlled account. Check to ensure invoices are not being unpaid for some reason and check to see what happened and send for payment.
• Check AR Detail Not Matching GL Accounts report daily.
• Must attend work on a regular and predictable basis.
• Must be able to work in a cooperative manner with Management, Supervisors, co-workers, residents, and the public.
• Must uphold Company policies, including the anti-harassment program.
• Must have the ability to consistently meet production and time deadlines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
