Robert Half is Hiring a Human Resources (HR) Manager Near Big Spring, TX

Human Resource Manager needed for an oilfield services company in Big Spring, Texas. This is a direct hire opportunity and will report directly to the CFO.- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices while partnering with managers on implementation and communication.- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions and assists in classifying positions.-Establishes and leads the recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.-Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.-Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.-Utilizes Human Resources Information Software (HRIS) to the Company’s recordkeeping and management advantages the HR Manager you will be responsible forQualifications:- Accredited 4-year degree preferred with 3-5 years of work experience - Supervisory experience preferred- Solid understanding of human resources- Strong work ethics/ communication- Sound public speaking skills and public relations, must be able to have counseling and problem solving skills- Strong practice of a high level of confidentiality- Experience with Microsoft Office
