Colonial Metals Group is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Beach, FL

Colonial Metals Group is a premier financial firm in the Precious Metals space based out of West Los Angeles and West Palm Beach!

We are currently expanding our team, and seeking a sharp Office Assistant to join our growing organization in our West Palm Beach office!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the organization
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant/Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
