We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service specialist will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. This position is responsible for processing customer transactions and researching and resolving customer inquiries by completing maintenance on Ideal Nutrition's customers. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Ideal Nutrition customers and handling calls/customer contact within established guidelines. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Secretary, or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful customer service specialist should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
