Coursey Blvd Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Technician Assistant Near Baton Rouge, LA
- Full Time Position
- Schedule 8:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday
- Rotating Saturdays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- $15 to 6 per hour based on experience
- Experience work in a Veterinary Hospital is Preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Greeting clients as they are in and out of the hospital
- Scheduling client appointments and checking patients in and out of clinic
- Understanding patient needs and services to offer as well as assist the doctor with patients.
- Working with animals and learning all medication names and uses
- Skills needed: Punctuality, Reliability, Math Skills, Professional Communication Skills and Following Instruction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
