As a Project Engineer for Louisiana-based Ratcliff Construction Company, you will support and assist the project team to safely complete construction projects to quality standards, on schedule, and within budget. Under the supervision of the Project Manager or the Superintendent, the PE will initiate actions to achieve these objectives and proactively seek out ways to make processes more efficient. Responsibilities include contract administration, monitoring project progress, following up with completion or delay of project phases, scheduling meetings, maintaining project documents and reports, and a variety of other assignments. 

The right candidate has the ability to maintain oversight on a variety of project activities both on and off-site, identify issues and come up with solutions, and see to it that they are resolved promptly.
