Job Description
We are looking for talented Assistant Project Manager's (APM) to join our team with locations in both Baton Rouge and Alexandria, La! As an APM for Louisiana-based Ratcliff Construction Company, you will support and assist the project management team to safely complete construction projects to quality standards, on schedule, and within budget. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the APM will initiate actions to achieve these objectives and proactively seek out ways to make processes more efficient. Responsibilities include contract administration, monitoring project progress, following up with completion or delay of project phases, scheduling meetings, maintaining project documents and reports, and a variety of other assignments. The right candidate has the ability to maintain oversight on a variety of project activates both on and off-site, identify issues and come up with solutions, and see to it that they are resolved promptly.

Some examples of specific areas you will be responsible to assist in and grow include:
- Planning and scheduling
- Assembling pricing for changes in scope
- Project Process Administration
- Tracking material procurement and fabrication
- Managing and coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and milestones
- Communicating with our partners, from owners and architects to subcontractors and employees
