Description:
Specific duties & responsibilities: Review Internal Service Requests (ISRs) ensuring all HRIS required information is meets processing standards for entry into the SAP system. Enter HR transactions into the SAP system in accordance with established quality and accuracy standards. Monitor select system reports and resolve issues as they are identified. Review and resolve audits of HR and Benefit data routinely. Ensure identified data quality audit processes are completed timely Triage and categorize Customer Management System tickets Lead and participate in large scale mass data loads and manual system updates Monitor and resolve HR System Automation for errors in functionality Resolve HR data quality issues escalated from other HR Shared Services team members Provide documentation of HR Systems procedures and data standards. Ability to identify cause/effect relationships and solve root-cause issues. Work with all staff members within HR Shared Services to create and manage effective relationships within the unit and build relationships enterprise-wide. Responsible for creating a work environment that maintains confidentiality. Provide support to HR/Payroll team members as needed on meeting assigned deadlines. Other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications (mandatory): Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems or Business Management. Five or more years of related HR/HRIS/HR Systems experience required. One year's experience working in an enterprise resource planning environment or other HRIS/HRMS position is required. Additional experience working in a Human Resource ERP, IT unit, Business Analysis or as a Business Analyst can be substituted for education. Preferred qualifications: Special knowledge, skills, and abilities: The successful candidate will have/be Systems thinking mindset with a focus on improving the user experience Proven process improvement and project management skills a plus Experience creating project plans and/or using project management software
