RES is currently accepting applications for an Accounts Payable Administrator for Baton Rouge, LA officemainly focused on accounts payable for the entire company. 

What your day-to-day might look like?

• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures. 
• Ensuring bills are entered to the correct GL account and project.
• Processing due invoices for payments 
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling vendor statements 
• Receive and process mail
• Maintain office equipment
• Serve as an office contact for deliveries and office meetings

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or around 2 years’ experience in similar roles or general accounting positions.
• Expert-Level knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel) is crucial, and experience with word processing tools is essential for generating and writing reports for record-keeping and presentations.
