Responsibilities: • Processing check runs and handling various accounts payable duties• Managing and coding invoices for SG& A expenses• Performing data entry tasks and processing invoices• Using Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various financial operations• Reconciling accounts and ensuring all financial data is accurate• Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies in payments or accounts• Ensuring attention to detail in all tasks to maintain accuracy and efficiency in operations.
