Contract-To-Hire

Shift: 8a-4:30p

Days: Monday-Friday

Pay: $24-$31/hr based on experience

Responsible for: benefit administration, payroll administration, employee relations, training, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, immigration, and employment law compliance.

Duties:

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the HR function with support of an HR Assistant
• Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
• Manage the recruitment and hiring process for open positions and perform full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, maintaining recruiting system, drafting offers and onboarding
• Administers all benefit programs including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and ancillary
• Lead benefit program provider negotiations by analyzing benefit costs and coordinating with leadership to make benefit decisions
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and benefit related events
• Execute all employee termination procedures including preparing term letters, conducting exit interviews, and advising employees on their rights and any benefits they are entitled to
• Coordinate and oversee employee orientation, development and training needs
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 10 years of HR experience OR 5 years of experience with an HR Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
• Excellent problem solving/judgement skills, high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
