ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, leaves of absence, and terminations.Develop and maintain accurate employee records in accordance with federal and state regulations.Oversee and administer employee benefit programs (health insurance, retirement savings, etc.)Facilitate training and development programs for construction personnel.Investigate and resolve employee concerns, maintaining a positive work environment.Stay up-to-date on relevant HR laws and regulations specific to the construction industry.Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Analyze HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
