THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR ELECTRICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

YOUR ROLE :

In this high-powered role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, engaging with them over the phone to offer a warm greeting and schedule appointments.

You'll also be the mastermind behind the scenes, collaborating with our skilled field technicians to ensure seamless dispatching and coordination.

Your superpower will be managing service coordination tasks, from following up on unsold estimates to conducting "happy" calls that take our customer satisfaction to electrifying heights.

With your exceptional organizational skills, you'll keep our appointments and work completion schedules in perfect order.

OUR REQUIREMENTS :

• Honesty and integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Typing proficiency
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team

Additionally, the following is preferred but not required :

• Fluency in Spanish
• ServiceTitan experience
• Home service business experience
