CK Design Group is Hiring an Office Manager Near Allendale, NJ

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our Interior design office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Quickbooks and Houzz Pro interior design software and possess strong technical and organizational skills.

**Duties:**

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance

- Oversee and coordinate office procedures and workflows

- Perform account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation

- Handle budgeting and financial tasks

- Utilize accounting software for general ledger accounting

- Conduct account analysis and manage debits and credits

- Ensure accurate financial record-keeping

- Collaborate with external vendors and clients as needed

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

- Proven experience in office management or accounting roles

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, and Houzz Pro Interior Design software

- Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliation

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
