We are looking to hire a Bilingual HR Generalist to Join our team in McAllen TX! 

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of HR experience, demonstrate strong communication skills including fluency in English and Spanish, exhibit proficiency in emotional intelligence and conflict resolution, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field, with preference given to those with SHRM or HRCI certification.

Pay: $50,000-$60,000/year ; depending on experience

Schedule: 8hr 1st shift 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with training, education, and assessments.
• Lead recruitment process and collaborate with departmental managers.
• Coordinate background checks and employee verifications.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Administer HR programs: compensation, benefits, and leave.
• Address employment-related inquiries and handle disciplinary meetings.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lead meetings and engage with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
